Dave was exceptional during our property severance process with Durham Region - Land Division. His professionalism, wealth of knowledge and experience, timely service, his close connections with surveyors/engineers/architects/city officials helped us tremendously to complete the daunting task of severing the land successfully. Throughout the severance process, he was diligent and on top of any concerns that arose. This was apparent when an Interim Control By-Law (ICBL) occurred, which would have caused a long pause in the severance process. He went above and beyond, by getting us an exemption. Without this, our severance would have been delayed by a few years. More than anything else, he is very friendly and approachable at any time with any concern.
